Positive: From the moment we arrived, everything was perfect, we were welcomed by Erald and his team. Erald showed us around the thermal baths, which we’d recommend trying while staying as they were directly opposite the hotel. The food was home cooked and delicious, we didn’t opt for full board but had lunch and dinner one of the days, which I’d also recommend. The rooms are modern, clean and well equipped, with plenty of storage for luggage and personal items. We loved having a balcony too, a place to relax and unwind especially in the summer heat. The best part of our stay was meeting Erald and gaining a new friend, we enjoyed learning about his town and the history of Albania. It was a bittersweet moment when we had to leave but we will definitely be back. This place feels like a home away from home. We wish Erald and his team all the luck and success, what you have created is truly special. 😊

Positive: Very clean room, amazing location, a minute away from thermal waters. Also an exceptional receptionist who was there to help us. We needed to go to the hospital so the receptionist helped us to show the way where hospital is and was translating the problems we had to the doctor and so much more. Very very lovely person!

Positive: A fresh, clean, and comfortable hotel with very good staff and an excellent owner who personally showed and explained what could be found to visit in the surrounding area. At breakfast they even served hot milk from local farms — I had not drunk hot milk since childhood, but honestly, that alone would be enough reason for me to return to this hotel again. For anyone considering this location and looking at hotels in the area, I highly recommend staying here.
Negative: There is absolutely nothing that left me with any negative memories about this hotel.
