Positive: I’ve stayed at this hotel several times when visiting Andorra to ski, and I’ve always had a great experience. This past weekend, I came for a solo trip and unfortunately had an accident while skiing that forced me to stop and return to the hotel early. Agustina at the front desk and Gabriela from housekeeping were absolutely incredible—so thoughtful, compassionate, and genuinely caring during a stressful moment. They helped me contact the ski rental shop to retrieve my boots and return my equipment, brought me ice for my leg, helped me pack, and even carried my luggage downstairs, among many other kind gestures. Beyond the exceptional service, the hotel is perfectly located near public transport (the Funibus), as well as shops and restaurants. The staff truly make this place special—they are welcoming, attentive, and a real pleasure to interact with. And the included breakfast is a lifesaver! A huge thank you to Agustina and Gabriela—you both went above and beyond and absolutely deserve a raise! 💸

Positive: Breakfast was great & the facilites are very clean. Always a solid booking when I stay there. Very reliable for a budget weekend.

Negative: I genuinely can't say anything bad about it. It's a budget option & you get what you pay for, that said, what you get is perfect. Highly reccommend
