Positive: The location is superb. Near to the main central. Easy to find. The room looks nice too with comfy mattress.

Negative: The hotel does not have lift. No kettle provided and sharing kettle at the kitchen but no water to fill the kettle. The toilet shower is stuck, not able to close when showering until the floor got wet. I have extended the stay. The 2nd day put a sign to clean the room. Room not being clean properly, one of the towel not being replace, face tissue in a box not being refill. Floor still not being vacuum. Staff could have been more friendly with warmth gesture :( feel not so welcome to stay here.
