Positive: Property is well kept, the staff is very friendly and the restaurant’s kitchen is excellent. Pool is very clean and the sauna is superb.

Negative: This is not a fault of the owners, but there are too many lousy teenagers hanging around the hotel and it was difficult to rest.

Positive: The location is superb - in the very center of Devin. The staff was very friendly, young and energetic. They fixed the 3-4 issues that we had in a matter of minutes. The room was air conditioned, which was very important as the temperatures were in excess of 35 C (95 F). The water in the room is from a mineral water source - the same that we buy from the store as bottled water. You can take a mineral water bath in your private bathroom! :-) Nice balcony! The breakfast was buffet style two of the three days. It was decent enough.

Negative: There is really no parking. When parking on the street you are risking getting a ticket (we did). The facility is worn down quite a bit, but one can see that it was once built as a luxury hotel. Although the room had all the amenities: a small fridge, a desk, a TV, etc. the layout, and the way they were situated in the room make the TV and the desk unusable. But were not in Devin to watch TV :-) We did not need it, but in case someone in your party has mobility issues - there is no elevator.

Summary: Not a bad option for a stay if you want to visit some of the most beautiful nature scenes in Bulgar

Positive: Location was very convenient for us as we were attending a wedding at the Aqua park and we needed a walking distance stay.

Negative: We found it to be a bit outdated, but functional. Did not like it when we were told that breakfast for hotel guests was served in an inside room, rather than being able to enjoy it in the garden, though it was a delicious one.

Summary: I wouldn’t mind staying again, it works fine if one wants to feel the vibe of the town centre.
