Negative: Not enough washcloths (just one). One pillow covered in lint and hair.

Negative: Breakfast was included… only allowed eggs, one piece of toast and one meat. Also allowed two drinks… one glass of juice and one cup of coffee. You were charged for second cup of coffee, yet if you went to central hall the coffee was free. Also the service in the restaurant ranged from great to terrible.

Positive: When in San Juan. We always stay at El Convento. Mainly because it has that comfortable feel of being in the Caribbean, as we encompassed it. It just feels like Peurto Rico. We are from South Dakota originally. So this what and how we dreamed Puerto Rico would be. Thank You
