Positive: The owner was awesome and her kindness made up for the dark and outdated room. The bed was okay, the AC worked great, and the hot water worked. She does your laundry for a modest fee, and their breakfast isn't expensive

Negative: Be aware that this place is a bit of a walk up a hill from the center of town. It is up some narrow stairs through a gate that's a bit difficult to use. The room is small but has a chair and tv

Positive: This property was very well located in Copan, just a few minutes away from the Copa Ruins and Macaw Mountain. Hosts were nice. It's uphill so just note if you're walking to dinner or even driving, note it's steep.

Negative: The room itself was a basic economy room and a bit small and tight. We had a bit of an ant problem in the bathroom on the counter. For one or two nights it is a fine choice especially for the price and location, but I wouldn't stay longer.

Positive: Great and peaceful place to stay in Copan. The owner was really friendly and helpful and made my stay very enjoyable. I loved the hammock and the view over the city into the hills. From the city center it is a short walk uphill, but easily feasible. I would definitely come back.

Positive: The location had amazing views of the Honduran mountains, staff was polite and helpful and the spaces were kept very clean.

Negative: The bunk mattresses were not specifically comfortable and the walk from central park could be difficult for someone less fit or of an older age. Tuk tuks are available.

Negative: It's a family owned hotel and stepping in the lobby can feel like stepping into their house. I had no problem with it since they were lovely hosts but some people might not like that.
