Positive: The location is in a forest, 30min hike to Buzludja. Decent hotel, former presidential residence, communist posh. Restaurant is opulent. The lady working there was lovely and very service oriented.

Negative: I wish there was coffee in the room. The light in the exhibition room was flikkering and it was not clear if the pool table was functioning.

Positive: Amazing location in a forest, off the ride, with quick access to multiple tourist routes and in the very foot of Buzludzha peak. Tastefully renovated to bring a modern feeling to the old Todor Zhivkov residence, preserving the signature carved wood ceiling in the restaurant. The restaurant itself offered a pleasant surprise with its delicious local and seasonal specialties.

Negative: It tends to get cold in the evening and when we visited in September the heating was still not running, also no air conditioning or other means to warm the room.

Positive: Since we were on the road through the beautiful mountain forrest we felt a very nice relaxation, the hotel is locatar in an oasis of nature and silence, just a few minutes away from the Buzludja Monument, which is amazing, worth visiting. Even though the hotel is in the middle of the forrest and very peacefull surrounding, a big city is just 20 minutes away. The room was big, clean, and very worm despite the cold weather outside. The restaurant has very good food and very good proces. Overall an amazing experience.
