Positive: Thevroom given to us was very unclean n the house keeping manager n the hotel refused to accept their mistake but reception person by name Adam understood our probes n offered better room n made sure the room which opted was cleaned well n dust free before we occupied.Great hospitality attitude by Adam. Overall the stay was good. The other staff should learn to be more compassionate and courteous with the customers.
