Positive: Good location within walking distance of the city center and on-site parking. The entrance and breakfast area are nice, and the staff were very warm and friendly. Price is reasonable.
Negative: Rooms are very basic. One room had a musty smell, and the mini fridge was turned off in the other room. No glasses in the room and no complimentary water. Showerhead holder was missing, making showering inconvenient. Reception closes in the evening, and after-hours access is via a side entrance with stairs, which is not mobility-friendly. Breakfast was quite limited and missing basic items; cakes were dry, and milk alternatives were not available unless requested.

Positive: Good location and reasonable price. The entrance is a catfish and looks lovely but upstairs the corridors and the rooms seem like they haven't been updated since the 1980s, stayed in more modern and cheaper motels.
Negative: Rooms a little tired, breakfast option wasn't clear to be added on/how to pay.

Positive: Beautiful gardens and great location. Staff were lovely and hotel dog was gorgeous!
Negative: Dated interior and nothing gluten free available for breakfast. Beds not very comfy but aircon worked exceptionally well

Positive: Loved Angela at front desk. She gave me many tips on what to see in Cittadella and surrounding areas including print-outs of 112 bus service to Asolo. It was beyond her duties. She was great!
Negative: Breakfasts had too many sweets. Bedspread was unnecessary. Lighting in room was inadequate. Even the front desk was so dark. The front desk attendants said it was too dark. When you entered the hotel you thought the front desk was closed because of low lighting, but then you noticed an attendant in the darkness.
