Positive: Very friendly welcome at check-in We were allowed to use all facilities (pool, sunbeds, etc.) even before check-in time Stunning location Very tasty and extensive breakfast Fresh towels provided daily Spacious pool with wonderfully refreshing water Beautiful lakeside location Walking distance from Garda

Negative: Some corners in the room were overlooked during cleaning Air conditioning was leaking Room was a bit small Broken mosaic tiles in the pool caused minor injuries – pool could use some maintenance

Positive: Amazing location, super friendly staff, great pool and hot tub, good breakfast! The pool-side area was very private, offered more than enough shade.

Negative: The rooms are kinda old, but still very well kept and comfortable.
