Positive: I'm not sure how I ended up booking two TWIN rooms both with single occupancy, for a two person stay, but the hotel would not let me amend my booking the day before my stay. So bear that in mind. That aside, Ten out of ten. Would stay again. Welcome drinks, shampoo selection, bath salts, big, comfortable, clean room. Restaurants and kombini nearby. All good.
Negative: It would have been nice if the hotel would have let me amend my booking to a two person twin room, instead of two twin rooms with single occupancy. But we enjoyed our stay anyway.

Positive: Staff was friendly despite our very limited Japanese. The room was large and comfy for a Japanese hotel. The price was great and the location was perfect. Didn't try the breakfast.
Negative: Nothing, it was a great stay.
Summary: It was excellent all around.

Positive: We loved the location as we needed to stay in between Tokyo and Narita. It was clean and the room soundproofing was good. The rooms are huge ! Lots of space we would never get for that price in Tokyo.
Negative: The breakfast is very limited and the bed was a bit too soft for my back.
Summary: Good for the price

Positive: The location is about 15-20 minute walk from the train station which was okay for us. The room was large with separate shower and toilet which was great. Bed was quite large too and plenty of sockets near to the bed.
Negative: It was a bit scruffy, that being said given the price paid and the size of the room it was a pleasant stay. We did hear the train line nearby but its not overly loud. There are some comments about it formerly being a love hotel, not sure how true that is but there is a vibe of that, however we certainly didnt get that feeling when staying there.
Summary: Decent value for money, large room, bit of a walk from the train station.
