Positive: The staff were very professional, friendly, and accommodating. They allowed an early check-in which was very helpful for our travel plans. The room was very comfortable and they arranged comfortable extra beds for our children. The location was central and perfect for everything we wanted to do in town. We also enjoyed the spa facilities, which was one of the reasons for picking this hotel after several days hiking on the Via Transilvanica.
