Summary: All the staff are always smiling. And the bedding is clean. The water pressure in the bathroom is good. The breakfast was delicious. I will definitely come back here again when I visit Madrid.

Summary: I thought this hotel was off the beaten track, but it is across from a metro station, and the trains here run every 3 minutes or so, which meant I was not very far away from the art museums time-wise. My room was large, quiet and clean, and the front desk attendants were uniformly warm and helpful. The ambience was elegant without being opulent. There is a restaurant on site with a three choice menu. It is frequented by locals, which made me feel less of a tourist! Highly recommended!

Summary: This is a lovely hotel with helpful staff. It’s very convenient to the metro and to Chamartín train station. The rooms are spacious and very comfortable. The surrounding area is walkable and has conveniences such as cafes and a grocery store across the street. Highly recommend.
