Summary: Loved this hotel. Great location and great staff. We needed parking and it was very good with lift access to the car once parked. Lots of restaurants etc around. The hotel has an excellent rooftop bar. Highly recommended

Summary: Parking is tight, almost better to use a public lot nearby. Room is nice, terasses are amazing, but shower would clog up. At check-out, they called the room 3 minutes after check-out time which, although technically true, could've been dealt with differently. But location is top.

Summary: The views off our terrace were spectacular. Make sure to book a room with the full terrace if possible. You won't be disappointed. Probably the best view in the city. There are also wonderful views from the breakfast room and the bar. The hotel location was fantastic - it was in the middle of everything. Breakfast was great. The only issue was the beds (we had two small twins). It was like sleeping on a strange, hard, squeaky piece of noisy plastic-like styrofoam. Not even sure how to explain it. Otherwise, the hotel was fantastic.

Summary: The hotel is amazing and the staff was incredibly accommodating. They brought us on a tour of the hotel and all the facilities the moment we arrived. We got there just in time for sunset at the rooftop and it was spectacular. The views of the city from our room were even better.

Summary: It was a wonderful stay. The location is amazing. When you come out of your hotel, you’re right there ready to start your day. Breakfast was amazing with a great variety of things. The bed was OK , a little firm. The pillow was my biggest thing. It was too Big and that was the one item that made me feel uncomfortable. And I think the carpets inside the room need a little work or cleaning. It was excellent overall. The employee there go above and beyond to help you and they’re very nice and polite.

Summary: We stayed in a room on the top floor with a terrace and enjoyed it everyday. The room had two chairs which we love, as we relax in our room each afternoon. Housekeeping was terrific. It wasn’t an inexpensive hotel but so worth the price after a long day of walking and exploring.

Summary: Hotel do Chiado was just beautiful. The staff couldn't have been more friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the breakfast and rooftop bar. The location was great and we were able to walk to many shops, bars and restaurants. I would recommend the rooms with the private terrace. The terrace was very big and the views were outstanding. We used the terrace every morning and afternoon. Would recommend to friends and family. We wouldn't hesitate to stay again!!
