Summary: Lovely little hotel. Close to the market. Very helpful staff who organized a driver to take us to the Cuicocha Lake, and pick us up after the hike. We struggled to find a bus to Latacunga but, again, the receptionist was very helpful in contacting the bus company. Luis took us to the bus stop and made sure we got on the right bus. Great service.

Summary: Staying at Dona Esther was a wonderful experience. The rooms are charming, clean and well decorated. The staff were friendly and helpful. There was a feeling of happiness and warmth among the staff. The courtyard and the restaurant are pretty and cozy. Our food was excellent.

Summary: A very pretty hotel in a quiet location near the main square. Lucy and Wendy were really friendly and helpful. The restaurant was fantastic, great quality for a very reasonable price. Would definitely stay here again.

Summary: Doña Esther was lovely. I requested a quiet room and had a great night’s sleep. The bed was comfy and, although the weather was a bit chilly in the evening, they provided a thick extra blanket for the bed, so I was plenty warm enough to sleep. The shower had lots of lovely warm water and internet was reliable. Even better, the on-site restaurant was brilliant. Breakfast was lovely but the evening meal even better. Really delicious food. I would definitely stay again.
