Summary: The staff were courteous, friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good so was the service. Checkout time at noon is also nice. The location is great, pretty much right off the freeway. There is shopping and lots of food within minutes walk. The only drawback is that the height limit for the underground garage was only 1.7M so SUVs are not advised to go down there. Luckily there is a parking lot across the street.

Summary: Convenient location. Hotel is clean and service was very good. Breakfast is limited for the western taste but satisfactory. Reception staff were very helpful.

Summary: Room was big, clean and comfortable. Breakfast need improvement. Service and staffs were very helpful. Location was okay. Near shopping malls but kinda far from night market.

Summary: We had three adults staying in a family room, which had two good size double beds and a sitting area. There were two TVs and we could watch TV from the sofa or in bed. The staff was friendly and responsive. We called reception for assistance to use the in room safe and someone came up within 5 mins. We loved the welcoming fruit tea, the buffet and fresh fruit juice at dinner (at a discounted price when ordered with a main meal). The hotel is far away from the train station but not a problem for us as we used buses more. A bus stop is close by (almost at doorstep). Two department stores and numerous eateries are just one bus stop away. A 24-hour coin operated laundry is behind the hotel within a 3 minute walk. As it is right at the main road (Taiwan Boulevard) there was noisy traffic but our room was at the high floor so we were fine. A highly recommendable hotel.
