Positive: Staff was SUPER FRIENDLY 👌 a BIG thank you to all of you, starting from the cleaning lady to the manager Danielle ! Grazie mille a voi 🙏 Everywhere was UNBELIEVABLE CLEAN 👍 the sheaths & towels smelled so beautiful 🤩 The food was INCREDIBLY good, so delicious with fine dining dishes ! The parking place was good too. The beach was INCREDIBLY clean too and very well organized. Since 2015 we are going to Spain only to spend our vacations, but I must say that Rimini stole our heart ❤️ Danielle, give a BIG bonus to the staff ! They were amazing !!!

Negative: The access to the parking place is a little bit difficult to find, but not because of the hotel, there are some road constructions & changes. Between the balconies there is no privacy; maybe a plastic glass will be perfect 👍

Positive: Stuff is helpful, polite, professional and cheerful, always on service. Location is convenient all amenities are near hotel, shops, station, beach, walkway... Cleanness of hotel, rooms and premises is on highest level. Hotel kitchen is very good, chef making excellent food, we enjoy it, selection of vines and drinks is very good.

Negative: Hotel is ready for renovation, furniture in room is old but good, wardrobe can be bigger. TV have only local channels; there is no international programs Internet is OK, but can be faster, it was obvious that when more people arrived it slow down
