Summary: Great location, Ultra modern, nice staff. Disapointed that there was not coffee makers in the room or lobby and had to repeatedly ask for iron/ironing boards as not in the rooms and they removed each night with turn-down. Pool was nice and secluded. Had to search out service so unsure if they were understaffed

Summary: The bed was extremely comfortable, the room was nice and the location was great. The room wasn't very soundproof and you could see through the gaps around the door. I could hear people talking and music from neighouring room. No coffee or free drinking water in the room and the restaurant wasnt open when I had to check out by 8am. TV wasnt working correctly and after 2 visits from maintenance I told them to forget about it. No bar service by the pool on the 4th floor and overall the hotel lacked atmosphere, although the staff were friendly enough. The art gallery theme was kind of cool but lack of people or services made it feel quite empty.

Summary: We complained numerous times that our room was too cold…we had to wear jackets in our room! Staff promised to address this issue and never did. We also requested housekeeping to clean our room and it only happened one of the days we were staying there. I would not recommend this hotel.
