Positive: Hotel with beautiful sea views - lovely panoramic terrasse fron breakfast and dinner . Excellent food at the restaurant and good value .

Negative: Location is fine if you have a car as hotelmit is out of town . Beach is very close but access a bit tricky as one has to cross the very busy main road.

Positive: Lovely location, friendly and helpful staff, comfortable room on the first floor leading out on to a large shared balcony. Ate in the restaurant in the evening and had an excellent meal with exceptional service. Breakfast was equally enjoyable.

Negative: Nothing.

Summary: Ideal location which suited our needs for a convenient stopover on our travels.

Negative: Aside for the above, pretty much everything else need working on. at our arrival the bed for our toddler wasn’t ready despite the booking was for 2+1. Luckily a very kind reception assistant moved us to another room. The breakfast was also underwhelming, you’d expect a lot more from a hotel with that potential (and price point - we paid 300 per night). The food was below average, and the service also poor. Finally, asking guests who spent 300 euros per night to pay for parking is crazy. The location of the hotel and the view over the sea are incredible, but those aren’t enough to compensate for the rest.

Positive: Breath taking location and impressive building. Easy to access beaches and other places including via public transport

Negative: The management of the facilities does not match neither the glamour of the location nor of the remarkable building. Maintainance of the structure is overall poor for a 4 star hotel and there is little effort both by staff and management to compensate for the drawbacks of a poorly maintained facility. Against this background, rooms and meals, abundant but not impressive in quality, are definitely overpriced
