Positive: We told the lovely lady that we were vegetarian, and she prepared food specifically for us! :D she was so kind. Everyone there was lovely and went out of their way to help us, even with the language barrior. The location, the cleanliness, the staff, and basically everything about this stay was perfect. Thank you for being so kind to us :D <3

Positive: The host was wonderful, she tries to do everything to make your stay as comfortable as possible. They helped with booking the shuttle, and even when we changed the leaving hours twice, they didn't make an issue and helped us re-book. Location is good - 7 min. walk uphill in the snow to the first cable car. It's not that bad if you're not lazy. The place is very clean. Good breakfast. The best part in the hotel is dinner: Delicious dinner that you order from the menu, you don't need to leave the hotel to get REAL Georgian food and for a fare price. At night, it's very quiet and you can get a good night sleep. It's definitely worth the price Thank you very much for having us.
