Summary: The hotel is beautiful, we had a room that opened up to a terrace and it was stunning. It was clean and the shower was lovely! It’s in a central location so close to main shopping areas. One of the best hotels we’ve stayed in! Staff were really friendly as well

Summary: From the moment we checked in we knew we were at the best place. The staff were amazing , always friendly and ready to help . This was a special occasion for this family trip . A wedding aniversary . The manager at "The Roof" restaurant was the best , making us welcome , feel at home and understanding of everything we needed , even when we did not know ourselves ! He was the perfect HOst. The food was excellent and the advice in choosing was very helpful. I travel lot and stay in many Hotels, it would be hard to beat Dei Cavlieri . Thank You to all who made our stay the best .

Summary: Hotel is well located and in fairly good condition for the price. The terrace and the breakfast buffet were the highlights for us. Unfortunately we had an issue with a clogged tub that took 2 days to resolved, not fun. Also the elevators don’t seem to work efficiently to say the least. All in all I will recommend it if you are not going to spend too much time in the hotel. Plenty of options for eating among all price ranges but what serves the best of this location is access to public transportation, hard to beat.

Summary: Mostly comfortable hotel, absolutely terrible service (apart from Domenico at reception). We had the misfortune of having one of our passports stolen at Milan metro, and the hotel showed zero empathy in this regard. We were not allowed to check in until we produced a police report, which took us 8 hours in total to obtain (of which 4 hours was spent physically waiting at a swelteringly hot and uncomfortable police station). The reception staff were unmoving and unsympathetic (apart from one decent Asian receptionist, whose name, unfortunately I don't recall, and Domenic, who, as a consolation, gave us a bar voucher). We do appreciate the gesture, but it was paltry compensation for a really traumatic experience, and all we wanted was to be able to check into our room (which we had already paid for in full) by showing numerous other forms of ID that we had (including my husband's passport). Instead, we ended up having to sit in the lobby for hours and hours, trying to come to terms with the catastrophes facing us, without any privacy or support. When we finally were finally checked in at 11 PM after producing the police report for the stolen passport, it was all we could do to not collapse in a heap. The bed was, thankfully, very comfortable - small mercies, and the the rest of the room was fine, other than a stoppered sink, which we were too exhausted and distraught to report. This was the worst hotel experience in my two decades of international travel and I will never return

Summary: Unhelpful and rude staff, from struggling with bags as a pregnant person to checkin with rude staff and zero smile. All very unhelpful in general, loud hotel especially on a Friday night when the fire alarm goes off in the middle of the night telling us to evacuate- when it was in fact a false alarm.
