Positive: Big comfortable room. Bathroom with great bathtub and rainfall shower. Open air rooftop bar/restaurant. Fabulous spa with 20m indoor pool. Great restaurant!

Positive: The location was perfect for exploring Berlin. The staff were absolutely amazing. From the concierge who highlighted areas of interest on a map, to the reception staff, all were delightful. They even noticed it was my sons birthday and put a slice of cake and Happy Birthday message in the room.. All facilities were exactly what you would expect of a high end 5 star, comfortable, well equipped and immaculately clean. The architecture as a former bank, was also impressive.. I will definitely stay at this hotel again!
