Positive: Beautiful hotel, clean rooms price inc breakfast and wellness. Spacious rooms, kids enjoyed the freedom of the space

Negative: One room had bad smell from the shower, glass of shower were transparent kids could see me through, the key stopped working before checkout time we could not get all our stuff

Positive: Great location got a view of the river and a swim in the pool.

Negative: Some members of staff made us feel uncomfortable and like we should not be there. Breakfast wasn't fully available at the time they stated had to wait for scrambled eggs to be brought out. This spoiled what otherwise was a good stay.
