Summary: Pleasant surprise throughout the stay, right from the check in all the way to check out. Staffs are amazingly friendly and accommodating. Hotel's location is like second to none with the river behind and very cute street full of shops and eatery just within couple minute walk out of the gate. Breakfast was also amazing. It says four star hotel but easily one of the better ones in the category.

Summary: The property is quiet, extremely clean, and convenient to everything. The front desk staff on both check-in and check-out were very nice, helpful, and pleasant. We only stayed two nights, but when I come back to Lyon I will definitely book here.

Summary: Check in was great. Staff polite and helpful. Room was ok for one night stay. Room was clean over all with a few exceptions; hairball on carpet and few towels and some colour stains . Washroom had basic amenities. Expected a little more for the price.

Summary: The property is wonderful. The rooms are well appointed. The staff is wonderful and really helpful and kind. The location is wonderful. I think it’s unfortunate they charge extra for early check in when the room is available. The positives far outweigh the negative I noted above. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.
