Positive: Old hotel but good value for a downtown Geneva location, friendly staff, and simple check-in. For a short stay at limited cost this is the place to be - especially for family rooms

Negative: Difficult to access by car - need to stop at nearby road. Front and back of hotel can be a bit noisy in the morning due to rush hour traffic.

Positive: The location was wonderful and staff fabulous and helpful

Negative: There was no parking nearby even though it states in the description that on street parking available nearby. We had to walk to the train station with backpacks and a child which was 600m roughly. Then repark the car later in the evening, which reduced our time actually enjoying the town.

Positive: Location close to Lake Geneva & train station. Plenty of places to eat nearby. Friendly staff - very helpful.

Negative: The shower was very low (I'm 5ft tall & couldn't get under it), also the bath was "short". There were no tea/coffee facilities in the rooms.

Summary: Geneva is well worth a visit - beautiful scenery, very clean.
