Summary: Breakfast options weren't great. No fresh bread and warm food was not appealing. Scrambled eggs awful. Did not replenish vegetables often (cucumber). Salad was brown.

Summary: This is not a 4 star hotel. It is a three star at best. The rooms are basic and dated. Some rooms don't have a fridge, the TVs are tiny. The layout of the hotel makes getting to the far rooms like the scene from the movie "The Shining." Redrum. I stayed there for the MotoGP race weekend, and they basically tripled their rate and then cut the "all-inclusive" that is advertised all over the hotel down to a bed and breakfast service. I checked into my room and then went to the restaurant to eat. When I returned to my room, my key didn't work. I went back to the front desk and they told me that they had given me the wrong room, so they had removed my belongings from the original room and put them at the front desk. There was no luggage cart or bell-hop available, so I got to lug my belongings to the new room, which was on the farthest side of hotel, rather than them transferring things themselves after realizing their own error. The location is convenient to the track, but I don't think I'd recommend this place otherwise.

Summary: A nice and huge holiday resort with many different possible activities (e.g. Minigolf, bowling, billiards) The check in was quick and uncomplicated, the room was clean and had everything you need, space, TV, shower etc The wellness area was quite small and it seemed like it's available for the public, therefore a lot of kids and teens were running and jumping around. Due to COVID the use of saunas and steam bath was not possible although one sauna was open with a restriction for persons using it. The same for the whirlpool and there were only two people allowed, so you could hardly make it into one of them The fitness area was really huge and well equipped but has different opening times so if you are thinking about booking the hotel because of the fitness area make sure to check the times! Breakfast was good as well although it had been quite late (09:15-10:45), with a lot of different variations of pancakes, eggs etc. Parking on site is available and for free and in my opinion it should never be a problem to get a spot there.
