Summary: 1- The sink is clogged. 2- There are hotel guests who gather near the room area CHATTING and LAUGHING LOUDLY until late night and it disturbs our sleep.

Summary: The staff installed a new bed for our child in the family room 15min after I inquired how we could sleep 4 people with a king bed and a single bed. The staff is very very nice and customer oriented
