Positive: Very nice hotel in a really rural location. I was glad the hotel had a restaurant. The breakfast was also good.

Negative: The bedroom window was covered by a grille and I couldn't work out how to open it. It didn't bother me until just before I left.....

Positive: Our dog was nicely welcome, the staff is very friendly.

Negative: It was very warm in the room, no airco, and to get the room dark you had to bring down metal blindings. Not giving any air, and not very pretty. We were staying as well last year, and although both times there was a wedding (no extreme noise disturb), this time we could only eat dinner from a very simple buffet. The hotel seems to focus mainly on wedding parties, the setting in the garden next to the small lake is very suitable. Less recommended for passing travellers.

Negative: Did not cater for Vegans .Not even milk. We was put on top floor. yes we got moved . Lift did not work.

Positive: Well appointed rooms, very good value for money buffet, helpful staff, nice location on a nature reserve just outside Mannheim near the Rhine river. Free parking, nice restaurant with good service The hotel was quiet overall, less than 10 guests plus a corporate event in the meeting room on our day of departure

Negative: Nothing really
