Summary: The property is beautiful. The employees are very kind and accommodating. The hotel does not have an elevator. All rooms are located upstairs and hard for those that need assistance.

Summary: Very uncomfortable stairs, lots of noise in the annex (opening and closing doors) to rooms, no place to keep things neither in bedroom nor in toilet

Summary: Very steep stairs and even though we booked 6 months in advance we didn’t even get to stay in the hotel rather we were in an annexe down the road. Also ate in and dinner was average as was breakfast

Summary: we were travelling around Jutland. We are from Canada.We chose this hotel for the nostalgia. All the floors were not level. my husband felt that he was rolling towards the side of the bed.Which is understandable for the oldest hotel in Denmark. Upon entering our bathroom, we were not satisfied with the cleanliness of the shower area. So we opted not to shower that day. With regards to parking, you have to park offsite about 250 m away. You were able to pull up in front of the hotel to unload. Breakfast was included and it was just okay.

Summary: Very charming hotel. Only issue was no elevator. Tough to bring my suitcase up the narrow stairs. Other than that, well appointed and decorated. Good customer service and great location.

Summary: Old hotel with lots of ups and downs in the hotel floor. Staff is friendly and helpful! Breakfast was good!

Summary: The hotel is in a very nice old building located across from the Ribe Cathedral. It is very centrally located, which makes it easy to walk around town from there. There is a very nice restaurant in the hotel but there are several very good restaurants within a short walking distance. The room we got had probably the smallest shower I have ever experienced, 4x4 ft. It was very difficult to take a good shower. Overall it was a very nice stay. Very friendly and helpful staff. I would recommend the hotel despite the small bathroom we had.
