Positive: Beautiful old building with modern comforts. The location was ideal, near to everything you might need in Pezenas and the free parking was a real bonus. Sitting on the terrace to eat/ have a glass of wine was idyllic.

Negative: Not surprisingly given the age of the building there is no aircon but opening the windows combined with fans helped.

Summary: A taste of history in a wonderful location. We were sorry to leave.

Positive: Carefully updated spacious apartment in a central location. This is in a wonderful historic building, but recently refurbished - modern kitchen and bathrooms. The large balcony is wonderful at this time of year, we used it for everything from breakfast to our final nightcap of the evening. The location is very central, just a few minutes walk to numerous shops, cafes, bars and restaurants as well as the Saturday market.

Positive: Beautiful historic building with period furnishing. Modern kitchen and bathrooms. 20 stone steps to apartment entrance could be a challenge to some.

Negative: Insufficient towels and toilet paper for three people staying 6 nights. Instructed to dispose of rubbish some distance down the road with recycling even further away despite guest manual stating it could be disposed of in ground floor room (locked).
