Positive: The room was very nice and clean, staff was very helpfull and friendly. It's a kid friendly hotel so have a reasonable expectations. Location is just next to a SKI bus stop.
Negative: Overall, I would say I'm quite satisfied with the stay, but some things did not meet my expectations for the price and a 4* hotel: Breakfast: - form of bufet, but I would expect wider selection and faster (or any) replenishment of missing meals Dinner: - bufet again and same goes as for breakfast - also, there were no drinks available, not even plain water and we had to order drinks from menu for extra charge - Hotel restaurant was closed by 20:00 and there is no hotel bar, if you are hungry or want to go for drinks you'll have to find a place elsewhere - I can't rate the welness as the hottub got broken the day before our reservation and we had to cancel
Summary: Overall, it was nice when you travel with Kids.
