Positive: The staff is very nice, polite, will do the best effort to speak English. The place is tidy and well appointed. They are helpful with car parking (which is difficult in the area). Good wifi. Good breakfast. This is just a great place!

Positive: Staff were fantastic and really helpful, beautiful hotel with beautiful large room over the river, location superb with just a few minutes walk from ski lift

Negative: The spa was very unimpressive, with a small luke-warm pool and a tiny sauna that we had to wait outside for. Unfortunately not worth 20 euros per person.
