Positive: food was amazing,especially dinner staff very helpful location very central in Toblach bedrooms very comfortable with blackout shutters for amazing sleep

Negative: nothing I really had a good experience in this hotel and nothing sticks out as a negative for me

Positive: Nice room with excellent mountain view. Good location with about 6 minutes of walk to the bus terminal for the buses to Tre Cime, Lago di Braise and other places. Helpful staff. Great food for breakfast and dinner.

Positive: Fabulous hotel that reminded me of the movie Chitty Chitty Bang bang. Very clean. With everything I could possibly wish for. The hotel Staff were wonderful and Very helpful.

Positive: One of the best things about the Cristallo is the food! We ate there three times and by the end rather regretted not having half board - really high quality food well served with some excellent value local wine pairings recommended every day too.

Positive: A really great experience here. Great facilities (pool, sauna) which I wish I had more time to experience. The location is great for accessing hikes as well as places like Lago di Braies or the Tre Cime di Lavaredo. Room was comfortable and it was great to add on dinner and breakfast to make the stay more comfortable.
