Positive: The hotel is located in a very quiet area, right on the beach - practically across the street was the beach, public, sandy, guarded. The complex is ideal for families with children, as there is an auapark next to the property. Breakfast typical as in the hotel, practically every day the same: scrambled eggs, sausages, beans, cereals. Scrambled eggs cold, because the meals were not served on heaters. Service very friendly, although not all were communicative in English. The advantage was the free safe in the room. The room service cleaned the room very thoroughly, the bed linen was changed daily, fresh and fragrant.

Negative: The room we received unfortunately had a non-functioning air-conditioning, after reporting the problem to reception we were immediately offered an exchange to another room of the same standard. Unfortunately, the air conditioning also worked in this room, but very poorly. The staff explained that this is how the air conditioning works everywhere. We had to keep the small windows open all the time and it was still stuffy in the room when it was 20 degrees outside. The refrigerator in the room also did not work. According to the description, the room should overlook the garden/courtyard, but all we could see from the room windows was a wall and empty space. The water in the shower was cold, before the hot water came, you had to really drain a lot, which is not economical and environmentally friendly. Meals - lunches and dinners were varied, lots of local produce, delicious desserts and cakes. The disadvantage and major downside was the lack of typical all-inclusive equipment, i.e. food warmers. Meat, chips or fish were cold. A great pity, because the food would have been tastier. For a 4 star hotel, it would be worth working on these aspects.
