Positive: had a lovely stay at this hotel and wanted to share some highlights: • The food was absolutely delicious – every meal was a treat. • The environment was peaceful and quiet, perfect if you’re looking to unwind. • The hotel was spotlessly clean, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. • I especially enjoyed the beautiful poolside area with a stunning view of the castle. • There are also some great local restaurants just a short walk away, popular with locals, which added to the charm. • The shower facilities were excellent, modern and powerful – a small detail, but it really added to the comfort of the stay.

Negative: The only downside for me was the lack of gym facilities, which was a bit of a letdown as I do like to keep active while traveling.

Positive: The service and reception was excellent. The room was spacious and the spa area, with the indoor pool and sauna, was beautiful and a real highlight. Breakfast was also plentiful and a variety of choices The place definitely has a special feel to it and the outdoor garden/pool looked very nice too.

Negative: Our room was facing the road and though it had a big balcony area with beautiful views, it was too noisy to sit outside and to sleep with the window open. It was also near the bar so you could hear everything but only in the evening. Probably better to have a garden facing room away from the bar area if you're staying more than one night.
