Positive: Very clean hotel, staff friendly, walking distance to the old town. Great sun deck and loungers. Lovely views from the sun deck. Lots of choice for breakfast.

Negative: Rooms could be a little larger, swimming pool not very big.

Positive: Great location and view, although did upgrade to a seaview room as were told on arrival would be looking at a road with no balcony. Rooms a good size, air-conditioning was a dream except very loud, comfy beds and clean room, great shower and some free water in the fridge on arrival.

Negative: Pool was very small, only saw the restaurant open for breakfast. Air con very loud and should be advised if being given a room with adjacent door as noise travels from other rooms very loudly. Thankfully the addition of a bedroom door helped with this.

Positive: Location. Perfectly placed for a walk to Palma and really quick to get us to port for our cruise.

Negative: Upgraded to balcony rooms. View was excellent and couldn’t hear the road when doors closed however the noise when on the balcony was so loud! The road has been resurfaced so every car than went over the new manhole covers made a loud bang noise too.

Positive: Excellent hotel in a great location, comfortable room, and the staff is always friendly and very helpful. The pool is a bit small, but there is jacuzzi, and the view from the terrace is wonderful. Very good breakfast.
