Positive: We had a wonderful stay at this hotel and honestly couldn’t have asked for much more. Everything was amazing, from the beautiful surroundings and comfortable room to the overall atmosphere and service. The hotel was clean, welcoming, and well looked after, and we really enjoyed our time there. We would definitely stay again and would happily recommend it to others.

Negative: The biggest issue we had was that the room didn’t have air conditioning, which was quite difficult, especially as it was warm. Thankfully, there was a small fan in the room, which helped a lot and made things much more comfortable. The hotel was also extremely busy, so unfortunately our room wasn’t ready until around 5pm. However, the receptionist was incredibly nice, helpful, and accommodating, which really made the situation easier. We also had a less pleasant experience with the lady serving breakfast, which was disappointing. That said, these were only a few minor issues and did not take away from how amazing everything else was. Overall, we had a fantastic stay and would definitely come back.

Positive: Lovely hotel. Even though decorating taking place it still felt very relaxed. Breakfast was fantastic from hot plate to continental options. Breads were amazing.

Negative: Couldn’t switch the room radiator off, very hot in the room and had to open the windows. Fortunately near zero temperature outside. Very noisy road after 5am. My fault for not reporting it during our stay. As we were out early and back late. Reported on leaving and I am sure it would have been done before the next occupants arrived.
