Positive: We were upgraded to a hotel 150m away so the review is for thart hotel. A family of 4 for 3 nights. Breakfast eas ok, nothing special. Staff was very nice. Vies spectacular.

Negative: As we were "upgraded" to another hotel my children (both age around 20) slept on a sofa bed. In the original hotel they each had their own bed. Also, tgere eas no wellness in the new one and the old one had one. So the upgrade did not cover everything.

Positive: We stayed at Parc Hotel San Pietro – Chalet Bellavista. The hotel kindly gave us a free upgrade to apartments because we requested rooms as close as possible (5 adults, 4 children). The breakfast was excellent, and we also noticed that dogs are allowed in the hotel restaurant, which is nice to know. The staff at the hotel were extremely friendly and helpful. We chose this hotel mainly because of the price. Being low season, rates were naturally lower, and they were still significantly cheaper than hotels closer to Lake Garda. The Chalet Bellavista and hotel are currently undergoing renovations, and we stayed in completely new apartments. The surrounding areas are still unfinished but will likely be fully renovated in a couple of months. The lower price was probably also due to the ongoing renovation. Despite this, the hotel was extremely well-maintained and on a much higher standard than we had expected, making it a great value for the stay.

Negative: The location is a bit farther from Lake Garda, but being on top of a hill meant no fog like near the lake in November – just clear, sunny skies, making it warm and pleasant.

Summary: Excellent service, great value for the money, and beautiful location away from the lake fog.

Positive: A very good hotel with an excellent location near Lake Garda and a wonderful view of Lake Garda. A 20-minute drive from the thermal park at Garda. Good breakfast, free parking at the hotel, responsive staff.
