Positive: Beautiful decor, and ambience. The staff were all so friendly. A real gem!!

Negative: Plastic water bottles, they could have water filters around for people to refill their own bottles.

Positive: I have stayed in a lot hotels but this is one of the best I have ever stayed in. Great breakfast. Staff very friendly. Very clean with towels and sheets replaced daily. Lovely location. Complimentary drinks on arrival. Last morning had to get taxi to airport at 6 O Clock Was too early for breakfast and was given a basket of food for the journey. 10 out of 10 for me. And I am fussy.
