Summary: Atmospheric quirky hotel. Retains convent feel. Nice staff; good restaurant at night. Note it doesn’t do breakfast but good cafe nearby. No reception before noon. Good base for Bilbao - on commuter line to central station , one hour trip with regular trains .

Summary: I loved my stay here. I had the superior double room, which was beautifully decorated, spacious, and clean. The bed was very comfortable, and I enjoyed the snacks and coffee that were lovingly provided every day. The exterior is unique and gorgeous. I did not have the chance to eat at the restaurant, but I enjoyed eating a peaceful lunch outside at the tables. I recommend this place 100%.

Summary: The property is a converted old convent, so it has plenty of charm. There is secure parking included, which is very important for us motorcyclists. The basic twin room was big enough, very clean with en-suite bathroom. The shower was great with good water pressure. There is no breakfast or dinner but it’s very near several good restaurants.

Summary: Lovely place, very nicely renovated convent. Easy check-in. Safe enclosed parking. We should have taken the dinner option, the town doesn't offer much in terms of food options.

Summary: A truly excellent experience. Wonderful. I recommend staying here and driving or getting the train for a 30 minute trip to Bilbao. Excellent food too. Perfect.

Summary: Check in was confusing as we recall an email for self check in but not room assigned. We had to wander around the building to find a staff member who could help us.

Summary: Disappointed to find out the Hôtel restaurant was closed and it seemed all the restaurants in the area closed Wednesday evenings. They did offer us a cold plate on our room by it was easier to go to the supermarket The town was beautiful very medieval as is the building sadly our room was over the bus station so not pleasent
