Summary: The Hotel Continental was a lovely place to stay. The rooms were comfortable with a large patio facing the water. Breakfast was delicious with lots of options. My friend and I ate at the bar that evening and the food was tasty. The Hotel Continental was well-located for walks into town, as well as to Portofino and Rapallo. Finally, the staff were delightful - friendly and helpful. Sadly, we did not have time to use the brand new spa. Next time! I highly recommend the Hotel Continental.

Summary: Our stay at Hotel Continental was absolutely outstanding. We were fortunate to stay on the third floor with an incredible large balcony with a beautiful view. The hotel is beautiful. The grounds, the pool, the cleanliness and the customer service is exemplary. I cannot say enough how amazing this hotel is. Will definitely be back on my next trip to the Italian Riviera

Summary: Property is old and need of an upgrade. The room was very small, toilet and phone did not work, water pressure was awful, and apparently the spa is undergoing renovations, something that was not disclosed. The balcony is big and and the view amazing but overall I would say there are better places to stay in Santa Margherita

Summary: The staff at this property was amazing!! We travelled with our son and his family of 5. Children ranging 7mths to 4 years old. Antonio the waiter and Luigina the maître d’ went above and beyond to ensure that the children ate what they wanted (not on menu) and were so helpful throughout our stay. The rooms are spacious, clean and comfortable. I cannot say enough positive things about this property! Highly recommend it!
