Summary: Despite only staying one night, I have a lot of positive things to say about this hotel. The customer service was spot on, staff were super friendly and helpful. The rooms were slightly dated but that didnt bother me at all. The room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. Conplimentary welcome drink and sweet treats were a great gesture. An excellent buffet breakfast and dinner. The hotel is in a good location - only a short walk to the medina. I would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

Summary: Great one-night stay. Secure, with off-street parking. Was warmly welcomed by the staff at check-in. Very comfortable reception and bar area. Nice room. Large pool area. It’s doubtful that there is a nicer or larger hotel in Kairouan.

Summary: The hotel has a centered location in from of one of the main monument of the city and few minute walking from the Mosque and the Medina. Staff is gentle and always smiling. Large room and clean

Summary: Welcome juice and with Tunisian sweets called Makroud. Wonderful big room with a good view and balcony. Amazing breakfast buffet and friendly staff, nice swimming pool and reasonable price.
