Summary: This was a brilliant hotel to stay in. Very close to all the sites, markets and a 5 minute walk to the train station. The place itself feels very secure and safe with entry only available to people with a swipe key. Our room had a gorgeous balcony which made the room feel very spacious and light. Breakfast was easy and nice. Nothing too fancy but a good start to the day.

Summary: Hotel was easily accessible from bus and rail station. Reception very helpful and open to midnight ,not 9pm as advised by hotels.com. Room was a bit tight , bed comfortable. Very clean but definitely needing some TLC.As usual in Italian hotels the shower was a squeeze. A pity as there was room for a nice walk in shower. A bit of redecorating wouldn't go amiss. Breakfast was adequate and plenty to choose from if you like cake! Easy walking to restaurants and sights and Hop on Hop off bus .

Summary: A small, cozy, and comfortable hotel. The people are friendly and willing to help you giving all kinds of asked advice. It is situated so near the best part of Palermo and the main train station. One can stay in Concordia and see all Sicily by taking everyday the train to all parts of the island.
