Summary: For a four star hotel, the room we were given was tired and dull. Chipped tiles in the bathroom and scuff marks around the bedroom. It was however clean. We were told by reception that it was the only room that had not been refurbished! The rest of the hotel was fine and the views of the lake were fantastic. Staff friendly and restaurant was good.

Summary: The hotel was centrally located . Easy shopping and lots of dinning options around. The only comment is the AC in the suit kept turning off as if on timer which I had to wake up every 1-2 hrs to push the bottom back on.

Summary: Busy road location but excellent parking and spacious room with a wonderful view across the lake when we paid a small upgrade. There's a narrow footpath to the various restaurants and bars along the banks of the lake.

Summary: Very clean hotel friendly and helpful staff. Service and food Excellent. Fantastic views over the lake and moumtains. A bit pricy but it is in Switzerland. Would stay again.
