Positive: Spotless clean. Friendly staff and good service.

Negative: Access to the spa zone is difficult because there are no bathrobes in the hotel room. You have to go there street dressed, change in a locker room, take the towel and the bathrobe, and then access the spa. Same steps backwards when you leave. I never encountered this type of arrangement before on a hotel spa. It should be revised. Spa area was clean and nice, but water could be warmer though...
