Summary: Great location for anything in the area - BU, Fenway, MGM theater. Comfortable and quiet even though you're right in Kenmore Sq.

Summary: Nice property close to Fenway. (Chose the location due to location for a concert) Staff super friendly. Walking distance to Newbury shopping. Liked the complimentary coffee and water station and lobby area was nice. Fitness area was mediocre. Not a lot of equipment and floor never looked clean. No pool. A/C wouldnt run consistently which made for some pretty warm sleeping situations during a hot weather week. Overall a very nice stay but couldn’t give a 5 star rating considering the price and the few minor negatives mentioned.

Summary: The convenience cannot be overstated. Stumble-out-of-bed distance to Dunkin Donuts and 7-Eleven and walking distance to Target. Immediately upstairs from the Kenmore T station (which, if you’re not from the city, the T is the subway that takes you anywhere in Boston you need to go, and faster than an Uber during rush hour). The three-block radius around Kenmore has a wide array of dining cuisine options, and it’s well-lit and safely walkable at reasonable night hours. (I felt very safe with my two little daughters heading back from dinner at 10:30pm.) The staff was very courteous.
