Positive: The restaurant staff was very attentive and polite. The location was great, couldn't be better location. The seafood platter was abundant and delicious.

Negative: We paid for a quadruple room, they put us in the small room (much cheaper room than what we paid for) There is no hot water, There is only a very cheap small bar of soap in the bathroom, no shampoo or anything (which after swimming in salt water, would be nice to be able to wash our hair. There is a thin bedsheet and that's it, no blankets or covers on top. When you walk into your room, you're greeted with an inventory stating that there are 4 clothes hangers, 2 remote controls, etc etc, as if to warn you don't steal the clothes hangers, haha. Basically it's the same price as the Marriot in Panama City, but the rooms are what you would expect to pay maybe $35 per night for in a bad part of town, not $145 per night.

Positive: The people who work there are truly amazing. The rooms are ok but definitely the service is the one that stands out. Thank you so much for taking such a good care of me during my stay. Amazing breakfast.

Positive: Great affordable place in the center of town with friendly staff. The room was clean, bed was good and the airco works. You can use the beach chairs free of charge and they offered us a welcome cocktail upon arrival. Breakfast was tasty as well.

Negative: The shower was good, but could've been better. But certainly good enough.

Summary: Great stay with all the basics covered.

Positive: Beautiful on the ocean property. You get straight from the boat to the hotel and you are accommodated immediately and can start enjoying the pristine beach immediately as well. They have floatables and ammenities to further enjoy and make your beach experience more comfortable which was great and what I was looking for. Beach exper was super!

Negative: Door frame and lock was hanging from a thread. Cable was dead most of the time. No warm water. Bathroom was in ok condition. No toiletries except for 1 very cheap soap for 4. We had to ask for one more at least. Air conditioner started leaking heavily but was promptly "fixed" by the management by making it leak to the outside of the room. We went for the beach experience so these details were..lets say passable, as beds and sleeping were pretty ok and AC still worked fine. Restaurant pricing was steep but convenient.

Summary: The beach is amazing, ammenities are great, room was passable at most, good attention.
