Positive: Great food. Good service from staff. Very clean. Nice location.

Negative: Shower difficult for seniors to get in and out of. Also the jacuzzi is hard to get in and out of. It has stairs, but no railing, difficult and a bit unsafe for seniors and others. (I am a senior; but I noticed much younger people having trouble). And you have to get out of the pool to turn on the jacuzzi bubbles. It could be an accident - and lawsuit - waiting to happen.

Summary: Mixed feelings.

Positive: Good location, near the Forrest, quiet place, clean air, comfortable room and good staff

Negative: I wouldn’t say I didn’t like something specifically, the jacuzzi was not so comfortable and the food was average, compared to other 4* hotels in Romania.
