Summary: One of the best rooms I’ve had in Knoxville. Convenient location. Rooms were quiet. Comfortable beds. Staff/service were average. Weren’t rude, just not friendly or welcoming per se.

Summary: Property was beautiful and room was clean and comfortable. Staff were friendly and helpful. I thought pastries were included in the morning however they were not. This was mentioned in previous reviews and list of amenities stated "pastries in morning" but when we asked staff we were told there was a charge for them. It was a little confusing.

Summary: The hotel is beautiful, very clean. And centrally located. My “complaints” are really nitpicky. We were facing the street, and people were loud late into the night (not the hotels fault). The bed was very firm. If you love a firm bed, this is the place for you. They do provide lots of pillows, which I love. My only real complaint is that on the hotels.com website it said breakfast is included. At the hotel they said “we don’t do that anymore.” Disappointing.
