Summary: The price is low, and it shows. The hotel desperately needs better management and better staff. The inside was just as filthy as the outside.

Summary: Unfortunately what would have been an excellent stay was clouded by my check-in experience. I checked in very late at around 1.30am and had advised the hotel of this. The "Night Manager" was lounging on the foyer chairs when I arrived and seemed very disengaged and unfriendly. He gave me my room key and I was in total shock when I entered the room and saw what I thought were articles of clothing in the room as I searched for the light switch. I then heard movement and quietly asked if anyone was there. I then saw the figure of a female crawling out of the bed and apologised profusely as I quickly backed out of the room as quickly as I could. This could have been a very serious incident and I was very relieved that the woman, who seemed to be on her own, acted as peacefully and quietly as she did. I returned to the Reception desk and advised the Night Manager of the incident. Without so much as an apology, he issued me with another room key and sent me on my way. The rest of my stay went without incident and I found the Day Staff to be very efficient, engaging and friendly. The rooms were cleaned daily and overall the facilities were more than adequate. It was only my initial check-in experience that clouded my overall rating of the hotel.

Summary: The room was clean. Though there were no winter carpets at the entrance which made the floor dirty, and we were not able to walk on it. The sink had a problem that takes time for the water to be emptied. The heater was working but the heat was sometimes colder. The staff are welcoming and overall we had a nice stay, the mattress was very comfortable through the pillows are not puffy and a bit uncomfortable. Thank you for hosting us :)

Summary: I used to come to this hotel often but as time goes, it looks like more and more as a ghost town and quality/cleanliness going down. They used to offer breakfast and now the room sits empty with only coffee and teas offering. The beds used to be comfy and the one I had was hard as a rock. Reception person are not looking very friendly or enthusiastic as they used to; just there to do their time and move on is what it seems like.

Summary: I honestly had a great time. The first walk in, the room was spotless and clean. Very spacious, there were enough towels to last a whole week to be honest and I love it. The staff was very professional. I needed to change the reservation for the next day under my friend's booking and I was able to keep the same room for 2 days The cleaning crew comes to kindly as if we needed anything and clean the room, we were ok but the thought was very much appreciated. Definitely recommend to go there
